Roop had a major impact on our lives. He worked in our building for over 20 years. He was smart, sharp, quick witted, with a great sense of humor, warm heart and terrific work ethic. He was a great judge of character, and respectful to all -- adults and kids alike. He loved to tease us as if he was a detective-- what time is the company coming? Going for brunch?
We met Roop our very first visit to our building to see two apartments. When we entered the building, and told Roop of our purpose, he said, why not go to this third one--? We did, and it changed our lives! It was the apartment we have called home for 20 years! And thanks to Roop we bought it directly from the seller!
He has been sorely missed, and will always remain in our hearts. May his memory always be for a blessing.
