I would like to send my Deep Condolences to the family of Mrs. M. Fata....as a child back in the mid to late 70's You don't realized the impact that certain people have in your life...You only really understand it all as you grow...Mrs. Fata was such a powerful impact to all her students at Saint Pius X. while she taught there. I am sure those students that I graduated back in 1979 agree that Mrs. Fata,Mr.Valla, and Mr. Russell...were very important people in all our lives...as we grew to young adults and they nurtured us....and I remember what a wonderful person Mrs. Fata was...strong,strict, but oh so wonderful....all everyone could have asked from a teacher...Woman llike Mrs. Fata...are so Rare today.....So So Sorry She is gone...I only wish we all could have said goodbye....I know she loved all her students and loved teaching.... What a wonderful and special lady. As a student of St Pius X school in Rosedale where Mrs Fata tought me in 1977-1978 I have very fond memories of those times and have thought about her and Mr. Vallar many times over the years. Mrs Fata - you touched so many lives and we will all miss you.

I was one of Mrs. Fata's students at St. Pius X in Rosedale - I graduated in 1975. I was in the same class as her son Frank and also knew Jimmy. She was one of the most important people in my early life. None of her students will ever forget her. Whenever you would run into somebody from the old neighborhood, you would always say, "Remember Mrs. Fata?" She must have touched thousands of lives. She had a very special gift that was shared with all of us. If this is a measure of a person's life, then hers really was "A Wonderful Life". Goodbye, and Thank you Mrs. Fata.
